Request a system proposal
In short
Send four inputs — electricity bill or load list, site country and grid status, the loads that must stay on during an outage, and the backup duration you need — and you will receive a configuration, a scope split and a quotation. Typical response is two business days. If the data is incomplete we tell you what is missing rather than sizing on assumptions.

What happens after you send this
- 01
Technical review
We check the data against the load profile and identify the gaps. You get a short reply listing what is missing, not a request to "contact sales".
- 02
Configuration proposal
PV, converter and battery sizing with the assumptions stated, plus a single-line diagram for review.
- 03
Quotation with scope split
Every line marked included or excluded, delivery term named, warranty terms attached per component.
What to prepare — and what to do if you do not have it
| Input | Why we need it | If you do not have it |
|---|---|---|
| Electricity bill (12 months) or load list | Establishes consumption pattern and tariff structure | Send the equipment list you already have and we will tell you what is missing |
| Site country and grid status | Determines voltage, certification set, delivery term and export rules | Country alone is enough to start |
| Critical load list | Sizes backup capacity, which is usually the largest cost driver | Tell us what must not stop — we can build the list with you |
| Backup duration required | Directly sets battery capacity | Tell us the outage you are insuring against |
| Site date | Affects delivery window and which configuration is realistic | Not required for a first pass |
What you will not get from us
- A runtime figure derived from nameplate capacity. We calculate it from your load and show the assumptions.
- A quoted price before the scope split is agreed, because it would not be comparable to any other quote.
- A promise of local service in a market where we do not have it.
