Commercial solar and battery storage products
In short
Mars Solar supplies pre-engineered solar-plus-storage configurations and the equipment inside them: PV modules, hybrid converters/PCS, LFP battery cabinets, and the balance of system that makes them work together. Two reference configurations are documented on this site — 100 kW/215 kWh and 125 kW/261 kWh — and anything outside them is sized from your load schedule. Equipment is labelled under the brand that manufactured it.
This is not a catalogue of boxes. Each configuration below is a designed system — converter, battery, protection, monitoring and documentation — whose final capacity is set against your load schedule, not chosen from a shelf.
Example equipment categories. The shipped configuration, its datasheet and its documents are issued with the order.
Reference configurations
| Configuration | PV | Storage | Converter | Where it is documented |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 kW / 215 kWh | 100 kW | 215 kWh LFP | 100 kW hybrid | Full configuration page |
| 125 kW / 261 kWh | 125 kW | 261 kWh LFP | 125 kW hybrid | Specification issued with the proposal |
| Sized to your load | Under 100 kWh · 100–300 kWh · above 300 kWh | Per load schedule | How sizing works | |
How to read this table: the converter column is the hard constraint — a configuration cannot carry a continuous load above its rating, whatever the battery size. Start there, then check storage against your backup requirement.
All capacity figures are nameplate values. Usable energy is lower — see why we do not publish a runtime derived from nameplate kWh.
What every configuration contains
- PV modules and mounting structure
- Hybrid converter / PCS sized on peak load and starting current
- LFP battery cabinet with BMS and thermal management
- DC and AC distribution, protection and surge protection
- Monitoring gateway and platform access
- Documentation pack: test record, datasheets, as-built configuration table
Civil works, local installation labour and utility interconnection are excluded by default. The full split is stated on what we supply and what we do not.
Component-level supply
Batteries, hybrid inverters and PV modules are also supplied individually, for integrators who already have a design. Component datasheets are issued per model, and certificates apply per model — we do not issue a blanket certificate covering a product family.
If you are pairing components yourself, read hybrid vs off-grid for business first, and confirm the converter's battery protocol compatibility before ordering either side.
How to choose between configurations
Three questions settle it: what is your continuous and peak demand, how long must the backup circuits run, and what can your roof or land area actually carry? The 50 kW vs 100 kW vs 250 kW comparison walks through how each answer moves you between size classes.
